- Smaller groups of 2-4 passengers will typically be accommodated in a smaller boat.
- Larger groups of 6-10 passengers will be provided a larger traditional wooden slow boat.
- The boat size selection takes into account the water levels, which can be lower during the dry season. Using a smaller boat helps navigate the shallower river conditions.
- The boat capacity is matched to the number of passengers in the group for a comfortable and appropriate transport option.

CANCELATION POLICY
Customers are eligible for a 75% refund if they cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled travel time. Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not qualify for any refund.
